• Where is my order?

  You can follow every order from your account under Orders. Once a parcel ships, the order page shows the carrier and tracking number.

• How do returns work?

  You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in its original condition. Start the return from the order page in your account, or write to us below if you checked out as a guest.

• Can I change or cancel an order?

  We can change or cancel an order until it ships, which is usually within one business day. Send us your order id below and we will catch it if it has not left yet.

• How long does shipping take?

  Standard shipping arrives in 3-5 business days, express in 1-2. You see the exact options and prices for your address at checkout.
